This approx. 4-acre site is located on the Hole in the Wall Road, close to Donaghmede Shopping Centre and the M50.

SilverOak acquired it in 2020 for a development company with an associated construction company, in two separate lots. One part was the former home of The Oblate Fathers and the second had been a residential home for another religious order. Planning permission for 413 apartments was secured in early 2023 and construction of the apartment blocks commenced in late 2023. The scheme will be completed in 2024.
