Apartments, Malahide Road, Balgriffin, Dublin 13 (2019)

Fingal County Council granted planning in August 2019 for 59 residential apartments on a site located close to Clare Hall Shopping Centre and Northern Cross, just ten minutes from the M50. Construction was completed in 2021 and the development was sold to an approved Housing Body.
