Town Centre, Rush, North Co. Dublin (2020)

Rush is a small seaside commuter town located in Fingal, with the fastest growing population in Ireland.

Michael Heather and two partners secured planning consent for a retail scheme on a site of 2.5 acres on the main street, to include a supermarket/food store of 16,000 sq ft. A further planning application was secured in late 2022 to include an enlarged 20,000-sq-ft store. An international discount food-store operator will occupy the supermarket when the project is completed in 2024.
