Student Accommodation & Retail scheme on Dorset Street, Dublin 1 (2018)

Planning consent was secured in May 2018 for a scheme of 165 student bedrooms over retail at the site of the former Big Tree Pub on Dorset Street in Dublin’s north inner city. This site was then subject to a revised and successful planning application for a large hotel called The Dublin One Hotel, since built, which is now occupied by one of Ireland’s leading hotel groups.
